- Jon and I met and dated in high school. We dated for two years. During that time Jon enlisted in the army and after returning from a tour in Iraq, we got married. October 7th, 2006, and that was the beginning of our little family. We decided to try to have a baby before Jon had to deploy again. We found out we were pregnant the end of June 2007. And on March 2nd, 2008 Jonathan Liam Rains was born. 8 lbs 5 oz. and 21 & 1/2 inches long. This is our family.

Kayla is in New York with me RIGHT NOW. And we were talking about how cute Liam was so we checked out your blog and now we are too weak with cuteness to even move for a while.

That is so cute. Every time I see him he is sleeping or getting ready to go to sleep..
No Danny hasn't left yet. He might not be going. He has been put on some disaster relief for Illinois. So they might be leaving anytime. He is on call. so they could call tonight and he would have to leave. Stinks but that is the Army for you..
